Our Budget caravans are ideal for a couple or singles for long term rental in Adelaide. Whether it is a teenager or young adult who needs extra space,  a couple saving for their first home, or anyone priced out of rentals.

Just $90-120 per week with no rental references required - in fact, we can even give you a rental reference after a longer stay!

Not for travel – delivered to your location and stays put - way easier than a granny flat to set up!

Each caravan includes:

• A bed or sleeping space

• Power points & lights (when plugged in)

• Basic shelves or storage

• Lockable doors & windows

• Weatherproof and insulated

• Most caravans have heating and air con

No toilet, kitchen or running water – they’re best used as an extra bedroom with access to the main house for toilets, cooking and showers.
