HOW IT WORKS IN 3 EASY STEPS!

Definitely! We love visitors! Caravans currently available to rent can be inspected (by appointment only) at our depot in Wingfield, Monday to Friday 10am – 4pm (excluding public holidays).

Our upfront costs are:

• $300 bond (refundable at conclusion of hire). Bonds for our Comfort Range are $400

• First two weeks caravan rental fees.

• Delivery and setup fee (Adelaide metro) from $100

We can hold a caravan for up to 14 days with a $100 holding deposit. Caravans remain available for hire until funds are received. The holding deposit is not an extra charge – it is subtracted from your upfront costs which are payable on delivery.

We send our bills fortnightly to your email address. Payment can be made to ATMs or by electronic funds transfer to our bank account.

We supply the required 15 Amp power lead and converter. Each rental caravan has a built in safety switch. All you need is a power point!

We can service long term caravan hire to limited regional areas of South Australia, however there may be additional costs for delivery and hire. Please feel free to give us a call to see if we can help with a solution. A converter is supplied.

There is $300 bond payable upon initial hire. If the van is damaged the hirer is financially liable for the repair or the insurance, which ever is less. The hirer is responsible for any damage done to their van whilst on hire to them (refer to the terms and conditions)

No, this option is currently not available.

Ideally the space for setting up long term caravans is a flat and solid surface. You will also need to consider whether the van will fit under any carports you might have. If you need some help you are welcome to text us pictures and call us to discuss your proposed site. Trust us, we’re experts at getting caravans into difficult spaces!

If you have already completed the full term of your caravan hire (min 3 months) you are only required to provide a minimum of two weeks notice. GOOD NEWS! There is no maximum period of hire. Caravans can remain on site indefinitely. If you decide to end the hire agreement before the completion date the $300 bond may be retained.

Our caravans typically come with beds, sitting areas, bar fridges, and storage. Many of our units also include air conditioning.

Not included:

• Cooking facilities

• Running water

• Toilet or Bathroom facilities

Our rental caravans are designed to be “bedrooms on wheels” where our customers utilise the kitchen and bathroom facilities inside the home.

• Pets - Single dogs by negotiation. No cats or multiple dogs

• Smoking – No smoking at any time in caravans. Cleaning fees will apply for non-compliance.

Caravans must be towed or repositioned by Adelaide Affordable Caravan Hire staff only. If a caravan is required to be repositioned or relocated whilst on-hire, this will attract an additional fee starting at $110 incl gst.
